I really like this for the characters it's designed for, but it feels too strong for characters with weapon proficiencies. If you're good at energy weapons, this makes the Hyperbreeder absolutely ridiculous. As I think about balance, I wonder if this would be better as a trait? Gain some starting Sneak and the holdout weapon buffs from this perk, in exchange for -5 to each combat skill? Just a thought. Still, a nice perk, and I look forward to building a character around this at some point!
I had some ideas, like making this perk's effect only apply if you keep your other weapons skills below a certain level, or have it only apply if your worn armor weighs less than 10 lbs
I may be wrong but this mod when u use explosives rounds in the material rifle gives u a error like a lot of pop-up screens, otherwise is great. Hoping for more love towards P2!
This mod only adds a new perk. It doesn't edit any weapons, explosions, projectiles, formlists, etc, and the Anit Mat and .50 explosive ammo aren't effected by the new perk. This issue most likely has nothing to do with this mod.
Either you wait for them to open themselves or you spend precious point to get the ability to open them yourself which still is a pain and takes too long.
