Yeehaw La Femme requires level 10, Cowboy and Cherchez La Femme. When taken, you will gain +2 charisma whenever wearing a cowboy hat. Because I am a lazy bastard and used the game's definition of a cowboy hat, this includes all vanilla cowboy hats and the pre war hat, and excludes Daniel's hat from Honest Hearts but can be easily fixed, see FAQ.

A: Any texture replacers or model replacers that don't touch form IDs should be fine but any standalone hats will need to be added to the pre war hat form ID list. You can do this pretty easily in FNV edit by copying the list as an override into the esp and changing what IDs are included and excluded.
Q: Is it compatible with [Massive perk overhaul XYZ]?
A: I use JSawyer ultimate and that's it so your mileage may vary.
