Sounds like you need to invalidate the archives. If you don't know what that is look up "Archive Invalidation" and find a walkthrough. Otherwise, it may be that your copy of FNV is not on the C drive, which I think can cause issues sometimes with how textures are pathed. Either it's those two or somehow the textures didn't get downloaded. Past those solutions idk what to tell you. I can't really fix it per se, that'd be something you'd have to tackle yourself. Sorry I can't be more help man.
It's bugged because the texture path is setup wrongly in the nifs. It needs to start from textures/, otherwise if anything extra comes before that, if the person doesn't have his game installed exactly in the same way/ same folders as you, it's gonna be bugged like this.
Because I don't think anyone has said this yet, just type "search Hawaiian" in the console to find the item ID for the shirt in your game. Then use the ID with the aforementioned player.additem to spawn the shirt into your characters inventory.
I'm trying to use commands to load it but it's not working. I typed player.additem 11000add 1 (11 is the load order) and it still tells me that it doesn't work.
Dunno what to tell you. I’ve downloaded this multiple times and it worked flawlessly. If you have NVSE try typing ‘Search “Hawaiian”’ (without the outer apostrophes) it should show you it’s full name and ID for you to spawn it with. Past that, it’s probably some sort of install error. Unless I put the wrong ID in the description.
Sometimes mod organizers (for reasons I don't get) use numbers out of synch with the load order. Try numbers on either side of the 11, like 09, 10, 12 or 13 for the first few digits. Don't ask me why, but sometimes it works.
Yes, XX is a placeholder for what the actual number is (01, 02, 1A, etc.) It is different for everyone, you have to find out where it is placed in your load order. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, look up a detailed tutorial on how to install mods and how to figure out your load order. Past that, I can't help you.
i dont know if you still are or still will do request but could you do a fear and loathing raoul duke version, so basically just a yellow and black version of this shirt.
