Lore

In the early 2070s, the US government successfully developed jetpacks for power armor, affording combat troops the ability to fly short distances to avoid enemy fire and traverse difficult terrain. Though the power armor jetpack hadn't yet left the prototype stage, the military secretly contracted several aerospace firms including the REPCONN company to begin development on a man-portable rocket propulsion device which could be used by light infantry. By 2077, a working prototype of the portable rocket pack had been produced and tested by REPCONN. However, the prototype suffered from many safety issues, and the great war broke out before the rocket pack was able to be produced in any significant number.

Location
The prototype rocket pack and its accessories are located in a closet in the REPCONN test site laboratories. It is flagged as owned by the Bright followers, so it must be stolen.
How to Use
To use the rocket pack, equip it like any other piece of armor. It is flagged as a backpack, so it should fit over most armors (including power armor).

Jump like you normally would using the spacebar, and you should be propelled through the air in the direction you were traveling. You can change directions in midair easily just like walking.

Note: you must have flamer fuel in order to fly. The standard rocket pack consumes approximately 36 units of flamer fuel per minute of flight. The high pressure rocket pack uses twice the amount of fuel as the standard pack, but will propel you much faster. Because of my brilliant programming skills, the framerate of your game will influence the fuel consumption of the jetpack, so if you get less than 60fps your fuel mileage will actually increase.

Warning: if you die while wearing the rocket pack or load a save with the rocket pack on, you may have to unequip and reequip it to reset the effects.
