- bEnableCustomPerks: Disables Grunt and Cowboy perks. Instead, enables 3 perks (Vanguard, Gunslinger, and Death From Afar) with 4 ranks each. Each perk affects a specific group of weapons, and each rank grants a 5% damage buffs to those weapons. Mod-Added weapons are not supported. Also enables the Duelist perk, which grants +5% Crit. Chance to Revolvers.
- CHANGED: Moved the campfire placed in Novac so it doesn't go through Uncut Wasteland's restored bushes.

- Not compatible with the previous version due to some EditorID changes.
- NEW: Added .ini file to adjust Hardcore Needs' rates, stages of negative effects (including radiation poisoning), the base magnitude of water's restore dehydration effect, and magnitude of the food's effects scaling with the Survival Skill.
- NEW: Craftable .45-70 Gov't Revolver. Effectively, the Ranger Sequoia without NCR markings nor phrases, with the golden-ish parts recolored to dark gray/black (except "branches" ornaments), and reflective dots in the iron sights (like .45 Auto Pistol's). Requires a Hunting Revolver, Match Barrel mod, and a Weapon Repair Kit. If WMX is installed then it'll require WMX's Ranger Sequoia long barrel & HD Cylinder instead. Can't be modded, but the stats were buffed to match the mod's effects.
- NEW: When getting transported to The Sink at the start of OWB all of the player's items will be stored in a new container in the room where the body parts are stored. This change was applied to the quest stage result script responsible for teleporting the player to the Sink and equipping the Patient Gown (NVDLC03MQ01). YUP fix to this script has been carried over.
- NEW: Mutant Omelet. Craftable with 2 Night Stalker eggs, 2 Mutant Cave Fungus, 1 Maize, and 1 BlamCo Mac & Cheese (50 Survival).
- NEW: As long as any mod adds a Holo-Vending Machine to the Sink, and as long as it has the vanilla recipe categories, you'll be able to use the Alcohol recipes, and a recipe to redeem the Voucher for half the amount of chips if you didn't get the recipe from breaking the bank in the Sierra Madre.
- NEW: Lucky 38, LVB Station, and NCR Embassy map markers.
- NEW: OWB's Sonic Emitters required skill decreased from 50 to 25.
- NEW: VLootAntEggPile01NightStalker (Nightstalker Egg Clutch) now respawns its contents.
- NEW: The Sink CIU inventory will be reset after 3 days. YUP Fixes the restock, however, I've experienced that all items yo sell to the CIU remain on its inventory forever. This inventory reset fixes that.
- CHANGED: Enhanced Vision.esp is no longer required, but is supported. If it is installed, the same helmets as before will benefit from Night and Heat visions.
- CHANGED: Gecko Tanned Hides recipes no longer have decreased Survival Skill requirement.
- CHANGED: Marksman Light Armor weight decreased from 16 to 10 to get it closer to JSawyer Ultimate's Reinforced Leather Armor weight (9).
