Players choosing the Four Eyes perk will get eyeglasses at the beginning of the game.
Fallout: New Vegas:
You will receive the eyeglasses when Doc Mitchell gives you your stuff back. They are automatically equipped.
A Tale of Two Wastelands:
Your character will automatically wear eyeglasses at the start of the Future Imperfect quest. At the start of the quest Escape!, since your character was sleeping, your glasses will be found on the nightstand next to your bed (they appear only if you choose the Four Eyes perk). See screenshot below.
Compatibility:
This mod edit the quest Ain't That A Kick In The Head, and for TTW users the quests Future Imperfect and Escape!.
