I have heavily modded FNV and I assume that the FCO3 / NVR3 or their patches caused clipping of the goggles of the goggles helmet / trooper helmet on NCR trooper NPCs for example. This file replacement fixes that.
INSTALLATION:
Replace the file: \Fallout New Vegas\Data\meshes\armor\headgear\trooperhelmet\trooperhelmglasses.nif with the modded one.
