Tried to build a house somewhere with anything you'd need in one place. Now I'm sharing it.
Should be vanilla friendly as far as looks go, though it's a bit more cluttered than some other vanilla places.
Everything's handplaced and should work. Interior and exterior are also NavMeshed.
Map marker included for fast traveling/finding it on the map (after discovering).

Follow the main road up north in Primm.
Installation
Just a plugin. Should be compatible with anything that doesn't edit the area the shack is built on.
