this mod will reskin the NCR Riot Gears to be black. there is also three versions of darkness for each of them.
may add update soon...

Other Reskins i've done are below.

-Black Armored Vault 13 Jumpsuit
- The Default Armor is similar in colour to the NCR Ranger Mod i made: see Here for more info
- The Elite Armor is a lot darker now. i did this to give it a stealthy look
- and the Advanced Armor is the brightest one. being only discolored unlike the other two (i also kept the red lens aswell)
