Various tweaks on Mesmetron and Paradise Falls' slave trading. Requires Tale of Two Wastelands.
Totally useless mod if you don't play FO3 part of TTW.

Details
=======
- Pointing Mesmetron at NPC shows a warning message if the NPC can not be mezzed/enslaved.
- NPC that can be mezzed/enslaved always gets mezzed.
- Addresses some of the known issues on slave trading;
    - Enslaved NPC won't fail to arrive to Paradise Falls unless it actually gets killed near the player.
    - Generic NPCs (such as raiders) who are enslaved and sent to Paradise Falls WILL respawn.
    - Generic NPCs (such as raiders) who are enslaved and then freed by removing its slave collar will NOT stay friendly to the player forever, even after respawn.
    - Mezzed NPCs can be mezzed again after their mezz-effect wears off (Mezz-effect lasts about 30 seconds).
- Supports Darnified UI.
