- Removed the "no hit damage" penalty for melee weapons in favor of simple reduced damage if not meeting their requirements
- Changed formula for melee damage and reload speed penalties to smooth them at lower bounds
- Removed C-4 charges going live feature due to jank, they will simply become duds when detonating them if failing the skill requirement check
- Disabled tutorial messages by default
