MILLENIA'S ENVIRONMENT MAP SHADER FIX


1. DESCRIPTION

Few years ago, Millenia tweaked NV's environment map shader to make it more affected by normal maps, since vanilla one is 
barely affected by it. Effect was great, except for a problem with distortion and image being oriented badly.
After looking at the code a bit and trying out random tweaks (it was more of a guesswork, to be honest), I managed to fix distortion
and orientation. 

You can see comparison on this image:



Environment map will now correctly be affected by normal map and will be correctly oriented without distortion.
This will affect all objects in game that use Environment maps. No need to tweak any of the object's normal maps or anything, just plug & play.


2. INSTALLATION

Select and download the shader package that your game uses and install it with whatever mod manager you're using or you can copy/paste it manually.
If you're doing it manually, I suggest backing up entire "Shaders" folder located in Data folder.
If you don't know what shader package your game is using, go to User > Documents > My Games > FalloutNV and open RenderInfo.txt,
second line from the bottom is where info about which shader package your game uses is located.



3. UNINSTALLATION

Same as installation, but in reverse.
