I made this mod specifically for the French version of the game but I tell myself that it could please everyone.
The mod does nothing but rename all Fiends. You can choose a non-limited number of names that will be randomly given to these characters.
The mod works for all versions of the game: at launch, it checks the name of a random Fiend of the vanilla game. And rename him/her and all the characters bearing the same name. Change also all NPC named 'Fiend' (in case of using a non english version of the game but english mods addind fiends not translated into your game base language). If I made this mod with the French version in mind it is because 'Fiend' has been french translated into 'Ennemi' (that means 'Enemy') which is really not that great. Even if we end up making Swiss cheese of them, I wanted to give these guys a little more humanity. And a little variety, so not all of them share the same name.
All this can be configured with the supplied INI file. Adapt it to your style and your language, let your imagination run wild. Share your INI with your friends, publish your best fiends screenshot !

Ce mod permet de modifier le nom des PNJ 'Ennemi' particulièrement mal choisi pour 'Fiends' (en VO) par ce que vous voulez. Il est possible de varier les noms afin qu'ils ne s'appellent pas tous pareil. J'ai inséré une petite fonction permettant de féminiser certains noms. Les 'é' de fin de nom seront transformés en 'ée' ('Camé' -> 'Camée') de même que les 'eur' en 'euse'. C'est un peu limité par rapport à la richesse de la langue française concernant les possibilités de féminisation mais je pense que ce sera suffisant pour la plupart des situations. Utilisez le fichier INI pour configurer tout ça à votre convenance.
