I wanted to use OnAVChange event handler but it does not work for inventory weight
but even without this function, this version provides script optimization and fix some minor issues (like the auto-move issue)

This mod prevents the player from moving when it exceeds a certain level of overencumbrance (120% by default). This level can be configured using the supplied .ini file. The consequence is to prevent you from looting too much. May be better for the economy balance... Auto-support French version. If your game is not in French, the English langage will be used.
