Reallocates DaiShiHUN's Classic Tesla Metal Armor to a more lore-friendly place.

Changes Made:
-Instead of being found at Nellis AFB, the Classic Tesla Metal Armor is now found somewhere more acceptable by Fallout Tactics' lore.
-Alongside the reallocated armor, a note has been added near where it's found.
Requirements:
Classic Tesla Metal Armor - Hard requirement, no exceptions.
Installation:
1. Install DaiShiHUN's Classic Tesla Metal Armor. MO2 was used for the installation procedure and is recommended.
2. Hide or remove the .ESP present in the mod.
3. Install mine.
