Tweaked .ESP that makes a few tweaks and changes to Hopper31's Nuke 'Em mod.

Changes present in this .ESP:
-The perk and every name related to it was changed, from "Nuke 'Em" to "Nuclear Anomaly", to properly match the perk from Fallout 3.-The minimum level of the perk was also changed, you now must have level 30 before obtaining it.
Requirements:
New Vegas Script Extender - Hard requirement, no exceptions.
Nuke 'Em - Hard requirement, no exceptions.
Mod Configuration Menu - Optional requirement, for changing the mod's activation hotkey.
Installation:
1. Install Hopper31's Nuke 'Em. Mod Organizer 2 is recommended for installation.
2. Hide the .ESP from his mod.
3. Install my mod.
