Build your own retro superhero!  Choose your superpowers, design a costume, then step out of the pages of 1950's superhero comics into the wastelands of New Vegas.
Install this mod either at character generation or at any time later in the game.  You will receive a stack of superpower tokens which you can take to any workbench and select one weapon superpower, two non-weapon superpowers, and up to four costume elements.  Adding superpowers is a two-step process:  see the Readme file for full details.
Possible weapon superpowers include Bruiser (which does melee damage and knocks your foes back), Deepfreeze (a cryonic energy weapon), Firebug (flames), Shocker (electrical damage and electromagnetic pulse) or Sleepytime (which renders your targets unconscious).  You may also select Captain Cosmos' blaster, with unlimited ammunition, or a Republic assault carbine.  Then select up to two powers from:  Body of Steel (bullets bounce off), Invisibility (walk unseen whenever you wish), Superspeed (two options:  run very fast, or make the world slow down), Super Senses (see in the dark, spot details at a distance, and observe your enemies when they think they're still hidden) and Super Strength (increases Strength to 10 and adds carry weight -- this one's best taken in connection with your character generation decisions).  Some non-weapon Superpowers include items you will find in your Apparel inventory.  You can use these "apparel" items to toggle an ability like Invisibility or Superspeed on and off by equipping and unequipping the item.  (It's invisible, and will not conflict with your clothing or armor.)
