The item can take awhile to appear on vendors due to the nature of scripted injection, but it should show up in the crafting menu. Check the "misc." tab at the workbench.
A replacement of or accessory to the Pip-Boy Glove? Well, uh, I'm not quite sure about that. I can look into making it equipped in the left hand rather than the right, though that'd be the extent of it for now. Also, I'll refrain from using "useless" as you never put that specifically, but what makes this item not useful? Is it that it must be equipped separately?
I have no clue. After looking through the GECK again, this mod makes no edits to any of the incendiary ammuntion lists directly or indirectly. The only lists that are edited are Mick's secret inventory and Mr. Holdout through the use of scripts, which only add the Stealth Boy.
The Chinese Stealth Suit? You should receive the +20 Sneak bonus from the Stealth Boy still, but the invisibility effects will remain the same for both.
This is an awesome mod! One thing I suggest though is a system where if you use it for too long, you start getting the blurred vision effect like if you get shot in the head, along with a perception and intelligence debuff. To just make it a bit more balanced but in a lore friendly way.
