I'm one of those people who will want a version for YUP that does not require FCO-GlowingOne.esp cause this esp made my game completely unplayable in some moments. So, if you will, I'd be glad
I'd be happy to provide a version without FCO-glowingone.esp if that will be useful to people! Unfortunately I don't have FNV installed at all right now, as I've been focusing on Skyrim instead. I will definitely try to get this done for people once I get FNV set back up! I do not have a time frame for this though.
I had exactly the same problem with FCO and TLD together, but resolved it somewhat differently. Your patches will be a lot less work for users though, my way was a bit rough and ready.
Probably one of the more cursed bugs out there for sure. I tried fixing it on my own with a few methods that didn't end up with ideal results. I tried just copying the eye meshes from FCO's mesh folder into the vanilla head folder fixed LD, but broke AWOP character eyes, for example.
This was probably what I was going to do at some point, but I just didn't have the willpower to make that many edits, lol Thanks for this.
I have a question in regads of FCO and NV Redesigned: Since I prefer to use a combination of the old FCO 2.31 together with Redesigned upgraded to 4.4 and then Qwinn's Redesigned, do you know whether your patches are working with FCO 2.31 as well? I guess you are using 3.01 solely.
Yeah, I'm using 3.1. I wouldn't recommend using my FCO patches with that setup. At the very least, any NPCs that I have edited will not display any of Dracomies/Quinn's changes, only the looks from base FCO. At worst my patches will reference an asset or record not present in FCO 2.3.1 and you'll have missing assets all the way up to crashes. Thanks for bringing it up though, I'll add version numbers to the description!
The Spice of Life and YUP patches were quick to make so I'll consider making them for your setup, but I can't make any promises for the TLD patch since it's such a PITA.
I did use NVR3 (not Quinn's, didn't know that existed) when I first started testing out my load order for this playthrough, but I only got as far as Primm before uninstalling. I just didn't care for it.
