Adds a just-for-fun race of talking deathclaws to the race menu.

I'll keep it brief.
This is intended as a modder's resource though there is a minimally functional esp included. About three years ago, on a whim, I cooked up a playable race of deathclaws in humanoid form. These are those files.
I say the esp is minimally functional because the race won't work well with equipped armors. I've provided one outfit in the archive but maybe someone out there would like to make more for themselves.
If you like being a little weird and creative in new vegas, maybe this is something for you. If you are a serious, lore-friendly player only, you can probably skip over this.
