This overhaul makes the NCR stronger. Each NCR armor variant is upgraded in order to make them better and protect them. The troopers have a buff in Health Points so the won't die in the battelfield easily. Also, I upgraded the Service Rifle so they will have a decent weapon in their hands.
This overhaul is perfect for those who love and admire the NCR and want to see it stronger and better.
Legion and Fiends fans, this mod will be quite a challenge if you decide to anger the Bear of the west.
I would like to add that this is my first mod so please, don't rage on me if something is wrong.
