Fixes the cut poisoned weapons from the Honest Hearts DLC so that they actually inflict the poison effect when used.

All this mod does is fix the broken poison effect for the cut poisoned weapons from Honest Hearts. You still have to use console commands to get them because I'm lazy and haven't bothered to put them into the normal game yet.
