Makes charisma a lot better by restricting Black Widow and all similar perks to those with 6 charisma or greater. Also changes quite a few speech checks to use CHA instead of speech.

What does it do?
This mod attempts to finally make charisma useful and thus give less incentive to use it as a dump stat and run a 9-int demigod every playthrough. This is currently achieved through two changes:
The highest CHA check is 8 so there's still no point in going with 10 CHA.
The most important speech checks (IMO) were mostly left untouched so it's still worth leveling.
I initially planned to expand the mod but there's very little in the DLCs that the mod could cover so consider the current version final.

- Black Widow, Cherchez La Femme, Confirmed Bachelor and Lady Killer now require 6 or more charisma. Your stinky, stuttering courier no longer gets that sweet 10% damage boost.
- Various speech checks now require CHA instead of speech. Anything that requires making a persuasive argument still uses speech. Anything that relies on the delivery of the line (such as asking characters to trust you, lying, flirting with Joana etc) now uses charisma. I've tried to keep these checks as balanced as possible so the average courier will do just fine provided they have a nice outfit and some alcohol. Your 1-CHA character on the other hand will now actually struggle with talking their way through life.
