We all know how redundant the Pre-Order armors (Lightweight Leather Armor, Armored Vault 13 Suit, Lightweight Metal Armor) are so I decided to buff them somewhat without making them overpowered.

The Armors now have bonuses and a slight increase in Damage Threshold
The Light Leather Armor has gone from DT 8 to DT 12
The same with the Armored Vault 13 Suit
The Light Metal Armor have its weight reduced and its DT has gone from 16 to 20.
The Tribal Armor have its weight reduced.
Each of the armor now has a critical chance bonus, two skill bonuses and one SPECIAL bonus (except the Light Metal Armor, that still has its -2 AGI debuff).
To activate; Put the .esp file in Fallout New Vegas' Data folder and either use the Fallout Mod Manager or the Game Launcher to check the mods.
(Note: You need the Pre-Order Bonuses' .esm files, sometimes they come with the vanillla game and are always included in the Ultimate Edition)
