ESP containing edits to the game I made in the GECK. Item renames, small fixes to Item Stats, new and revamped Recipes, and even a few Perk Edits!

Uploading this before I delete it from my hard drive. Didn't want my work to go to waste while my laptop is repurposed into the family computer. No updates to this mod are currently planned, but please report bugs and give me any suggestions you have. 



Notable Changes/Additions include:

- Edited Confirmed Bachelor, Cherchez La Femme, Black Widow and Lady Killer to require 4 Charisma to take, but increased the damage bonus to 15% as a compromise
- Added appropriate weapons from the DLC and vanilla game to The Professional, Shotgun Surgeon, And Stay Back, Cowboy, and Grunt Perks. Some more "out there" changes include: Adding Multi-Plas and Tri-Beam Laser Rifles to Shotgun Surgeon and And Stay Back as I felt they fit the Shotgun archetype, and added the Cattle Prod to the Cowboy Perk because I thought it was funny.
- Energy weapons which required more than 1 unit of ammo have been changed to only use 1 unit per discharge of said weapon. Clip sizes have been adjusted adequately to compensate (for example, the Plasma Pistol used to use 2 SECs per shot and has a "clip" of 32, but I changed it to use 1 SEC per shot and halved the "clip" to 16).
- Edited the names of items, mostly to assist in sorting or to prevent the Duplicate Name problem. Other renames were done purely because I felt like it. Removed the (GRA) tag from GRA items, as well as other tags such as (Mad Bomber) and (Efficient Recycling). Items that are simply (GRA) variants of vanilla items had the (Custom) tag added to avoid Duplicate Names.
- Explosives, Aid Items, and a large amount of Misc items have had tags added to them for help in sorting and distinguishing the role of an item at a glance within the inventory. Please note that not all Items which would appreciate a tag were given one as I did not thoroughly note which items required a tag while playtesting.
- The Varmint Rifle and its unique variant Ratslayer have been edited to use .22LR ammunition. The Form List which gives NPCs a Varmint Rifle with appropriate ammo has also been edited to support the change, but be warned as I did not test the changes in-game. Furthermore, the Tutorial Quest involving Sunny Smiles has been appropriately edited so that the player receives .22LR ammo instead of the vanilla 5.56mm.
- In particular, the Junk Rounds Perk has been edited and revised to add Recipes that yield bulk amounts of previously cut "Junk Rounds" still present in the game files. The Recipes have a flat rate of always yielding 15 Junk Rounds. Three variants of each Recipe exist, one using Scrap Metal (1x), Tin Cans (3x), and Bent Tin Cans (3x). The required amounts of Lead, Powder, and Primer are equivalent to the amounts used to craft the standard ammunition, multiplied by 15 each to reflect the amount of Junk Rounds crafted at once. I also had plans to add a 2nd Rank to the Perk, which would remove the negative effects of using Junk Rounds, but I had no idea how to script this effect and didn't have time to learn.
