All 100 settlers from the amazing Real Time Settler mod, touched up in the detail of New Vegas Redesigned 3. Every settler's face, name, and outfit now tells a story—tragic, heroic, or just plain silly.

++Introduction++
This mod re-creates the faces of the settlers from Real Time Settler, a fascinating mod that adds a settlement system similar to that of Fallout 4, with the races from New Vegas Redesigned 3. Each character's face has been improved, and a few items added to their outfits in order to give them hints of distinct backstories.
++Specific changes++
I manually went through all 100 of the main settlers from RTS and edited their faces, in most cases redoing them completely using New Vegas Redesigned 3 races. Some characters' names, appearances, faces, and even genders have been changed, mostly to take advantage of the diverse physical traits available with NVR3 and make each settler unique.
I've also replaced the wasteland doctor uniform worn by all settlers in RTS with many different outfits, ranging from wasteland rags to Dead Horse outfits to slave rags to pre-war dresses. As you recruit more settlers to your villages/military outposts/homesteads/communist guerrilla bases, you may start to see histories of struggle and hope emerge in the settlers who join you. (Naturally, I've doubled down on most of the puns in the RTS character names.)
++Installation++
A plugin, no meshes or texture files. Install RTS, install NVR3 (along with all its own prerequisites), then install my plugin with your preferred mod manager—I recommend MO2, for the fewest headaches!
I used Qwinn's patch while making this mod, but it works fine with NVR3 alone. Let me know if you have any issues at all, but make sure you've installed FCO and NVR3 correctly first.

Do whatever you like, so long as it's for your own pleasure. If you wish to publish anything involving this mod, however, you'll need to respect the instructions of the authors of both New Vegas Redesigned 3 and Real Time Settler regarding their content.
In any case, please don't upload any of my work as your own!
++Future plans++
A more conservative patch that only edits faces, without changing names or outfits, is TBA. I would really like to do a more complex overhaul for this mod that changes dialogue as well as faces, to elaborate on each character's backstory, but that would probably be a massive undertaking.
Other than that, I'd like to tweak these characters regularly according to any feedback I get!
