XCE is a compilation of all my work on the visual improvement of the characters in Fallout NV, both playable and non-playable.
Original release date: May 2013.
What it does
- Improved skin detail
- High resolution eyes
- Realistic brows
- New .egt files for better skin shading
- Scarred races
- More eye colours, both normal and raider
- Custom presets
Optional additions
- Browless Face Textures
- EGT Files
Installation
- Use 7zip or WinRar to extract the files
- Find the Fallout New Vegas folder here: Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas
- Move the Data folder into your Fallout New Vegas folder
- Merge the folder when asked, it will not get replaced
- Activate XCE.esp using the game launcher or any mod manager
