Iron rusts. Cloth tears. Bone breaks. But Legends? Legends never die.
Adds in a craftable Vault Outfit with stats slightly higher than the Armored Vault Suit, based on the idea that time has not been kind to your 101 Jumpsuit, and you've... recycled it.

The design of this outfit is based on the idea that, the wasteland has, over time, begun to show wear on your vault suit. Bullet holes, knife holes, spots where the cloth has been melted by plasma.
But, why throw it away? It's part of your identity. A symbol of your legend. And, other than your Pip-Boy and your memories,
what else do you have left to remind you of home?
You decide to keep the boots. They're sturdy, comfortable, and long-since broken-in. You decide to keep the belt. It fits you well, and you like it. The jumpsuit, you decide to cut away the irreparable damages, and you convert what's left into a vest, so that you may still have your 101 marked on your back. You're "The Kid from 101," after all.

Optional patch dependency on TTW - Hides and Tanning to require more fitting tanned Brahmin leather instead of a raw Dog hide.
