Adds in a player craftable unique version of the Service Rifle, called Valkyrie.
Valkyrie has a modified mesh, replacing the fixed stock with the adjustable one from the Assault Carbine, and a unique set
of iron sights Nifskoped from the Assault Rifle in Fallout 3.

Crafting:
Requires perk Advanced Gunsmithing
Material requirements are the same as building a Service Rifle
in their mod.
Weapon is required to be in inventory to show recipes in workbench.
I'm making several these for my own use, but I figured I should share them.
