Hi, serious question, is there any reason why you're using an older version of ENB, like better stability or performance or anything like that? Just asking 'cause I'm not super experienced with ENB / SweetFX in general.

I've been using this ENB for my latest playthrough and I'm digging it so far. What I ended up doing was downloading the latest version of ENB for NV and changing its settings to match your ini file. Seems to work just fine, although I find the light around the moon and the setting sun to be a bit excessive, though that could be tied to one of the mods I use. Another minor inconvenience is that Adaptation will excessively darken your screen even in the middle of the day if you're looking at bright objects like goo piles and Nuka-Cola Quartz/Quantum bottles, but again, I'm most likely running some mods that brighten those things up in the first place. I haven't downloaded your latest version yet so maybe those things have already been changed, anyway.

    Thanks for your work!

Tried everything previously mentioned in the comments and still couldn't get this to work, crashed on startup regardless of what I tried.

Hey i'll tell from my experience what i did to make this enb work both for me on gog and steam version
on gog i had to delete those files d3d11.dll d3d11.fx they were named diffrenly in version 1.0 what i was using.(From what i remember.)
on steam there was something you had to do with fullscreen/windowed mod without needing to delete anything.
Also i was using a reshade program that lets you change between enbs whenever you wanted to try new one.
In this reshade program (that you can get from skyrim se mods page )the exact number of files had to show as 23 after deleting those 2 files not 25 what was originally (Its only applys to gog version unless something changed).
      I hope this helps.

Finally got this ENB to work.

Delete both the d3d11.dll & the d3d11.fx files after you install it. I am using the latest ENB New Vegas version 405.

Also, I followed this tutorial on youtube and modified the enblocal.ini. Not sure if it fixed the crashing issues but it may have, set up your enblocal.ini like the one in this tutorial, as I had a few of the tweaks disabled.

Got it working as well, start with deleting the d3d11.dll & d3d11.fx files, and if you're using NVTF then open enblocal.ini and set everything in the [Memory] section to false, and be sure that your .ini for that mod doesn't have any enb-hostile settings activated.

Well, I can't get it to work. I followed and installed the files correctly. Some of the comments say to rename the dxgi.dll, but I can only find the dxgi.dll not the dxgi.fx file.

    Still crashes at startup.

I notice that both with Mojave Dreams ENB and Arizona ENB, my game doesn't launch, saying something about DXGIFactory2 being unable to be created. This doesn't happen with other ENB's like Rudy ENB. Any clue why there would be a difference?

Some people where having issues with the ENB launching, so I made a change to the DXGI files so it wouldn't happen

I was considering this preset and noticed there are ENB binaries in the package. Are we supposed to use the version you have packaged?

Wow, very happy with this enb! Thanks Istura!

    Edit: For anyone having problems;
    - firstly ensure that dxgi.dll and dxgi.fx are renamed to d3d11.dll and d3d11.fx (these are located in this mods preset), these are known to cause crashes before you even load up the game.

    - secondly, disable Steam's in-game overlay found in settings/in-game. This is the same for any software (Nvidia Geforce, Discord, Spotify, MSi Afterburner, uPlay, Epic etc). Overlays apparently are known to interfere with ENB's.
