Fix the mouse being extremely choppy when you look around. This is probably happening because of Vsync and frame limiter being activated on the ENB.
- Permissions and credits
First, Download Nvidia Inspector. Open it, and click on the green Nvidia logo, besides "Driver version". A new window will pop up.
On the top, where it says profiles, choose "Fallout - New Vegas". Put Frame rate limiter to "59.7 fps". Vertical Sync to "off". Apply changes.
Then go to your New Vegas main folder and open "enblocal.ini".
Search for "[ENGINE]", put "EnableVSync=" to false instead of true. Now, go to [LIMITER] and turn "EnableFPSLimit=" to false.
That's it.
