Adds a custom-made armor to the Nipton General Store (where you find the crippled Powder Ganger, second floor). The armor is just Chinese Stealth Armor under a duster and some other accessories, Has a cloak effect from the FO3 Chinese Stealth Armor (though no assets were ported.)
Stats are slightly higher than the normal Stealth armor, with a bit more weight and health. The model uses vanilla textures so it will carry over whatever you are using. Its also on the Type4 body but theres no skin showing so it shouldnt matter
Also forgot, female version only.
I may have missed a few bits of clipping here and there, and the rigging may not be perfect. This is my first attempt to rig an armor to FNV.
