Great mod. Sometimes hard to find good stuff that doesnt require DLC. Thanks a lot! Door to the bathroom was offset so I disabled it. Otherwise it was flawless.
Hey very nice and cozy! :-) ILO's light switches are nice but - at least in my game - those lights are too white, too cold. Instead, I've turned the switches off and placed two lamps (by using KDS Portable Camp Stuff - NVSE and KDS Portable Camp Stuff - NVSE - New Vegas Fixes) to be nice warm light sources, one in the main room and one in the bathroom. Also, the radio is only static so the above mod is great for adding a functional radio as well. Oh, and I love the neat custom clutter, especially that by the phone I just wish all the clutter was static, i.e. glued down.
I don't have this bathroom door issue mentioned below.
Ah, i've long since acquired the hotel room, probably gonna be plagued by the bathroom door bug, but that's fine, i can just disable the door permanently thru the console if it's too much hassle!
Thanks for the mod. A warning to other users, install the mod before buying or getting the Novac Motel room, I tested and I hade the bathroom door bug when i aleready had the room, not when I didn't. The room is beautiful thanks again.
i really want to like your mod, but sadly there is a problem i have. Hope someone can help. The Bathroom door will not open, any idea? I did not have another mod which alters the region.
This bathroom door issue concerns me since two people have reported trouble with it which I can't reproduce in my game. :/ I even asked my boyfriend to test it as well, and it worked fine. I'll tell you what I told trainhobo117: if you've been inside the room before downloading the mod, try loading a save before then; sometimes there are issues with doors replaced between saves.
I replied to your report; unfortunately, I cannot reproduce that bug in my game. As you can see from the screenshots, the door closes and opens normally...
Another stroke of genius from you. Or great mod if you'd rather have it that way I've tried a few other mods changing this room. But this is taking first price. I love all the little details you put in. Very cozy. But what strikes me most is the light. The light from the windows makes an enormous difference in relation to everything else I've seen
Aw, thank you very much, Bernt! The light is actually a vanilla feature, believe it or not, although in the original it's less obvious because the windows are boarded up. When I opened them up and saw that gorgeous light streaming in, I knew it had to stay.
