A small, run down apartment opposite the Atomic Wrangler. Dirty, cluttered and lore friendly with a bed, small kitchen and Storeroom.

* Key can be found on your right as you walk in (wooden key holder).
*There are no water sources, it's just a run down old apartment block for sleeping and storage.

Extract the TBz Freeside Apartment.esp file into your Fallout 3 Data folder.
