* Although the home and garden are fully Navmeshed, some companions, in my case my pet brahmin, may
struggle to enter the garden through the back entrance.

Extract the TBz Novac Farmhouse.esp file into your Fallout 3 Data folder. Activate the mod with either the default launcher or the Fallout Mod Manager.
