About this mod
A small, cozy homestead located next to the Sharecropper Farms in East Vegas. Ideally designed for a Courier looking to settle down.

I quickly whipped this home mod up for my own personal use as a simple 'retirement' home for my new vegas character, however I decided at the last minute to put it up on the Nexus. Nothing special so no custom Meshes or textures just a good old simple cozy home. The home is built upon the Hostetler Family home layout as it is my favourite.
Its located in one of the unused homes next to the Sharecropper farms (located near Orion Moreno’s house).

This mod should be compatible with any mod that doesn't directly modify the same exterior ranch house.

Installation

Extract the SharecropperRanch.esp file into your Fallout 3 Data folder.
