found on various enemies and vendors throughout the wasteland.

Requires asurah animations for the ak reload, extremely important, alternatively, you can use Hitmans 1st person animation overhaul
install with a mod manager of choice, I recommend Mo2 Or Vortex, if not, just unpack the archive and drag and drop.
