Adds a single drug dealing NPC to the Prospector's Den. Will spawn in on your first entrance, helping you fight the Jackals. Very rarely sells hydra but mainly sells med-x and cat-eye and various magazines.

Voiced by a friend of mine, Axillion. Absin is a former Great Khan who will be more than happy to help you kick the teeth in of the nearby Jackals inside the shack in Prospector's Den. Functions as an early game drug dealer (dealing primarily in cat-eye, med-x, and fixer) in addition to some magazines (Lad's Life, Today's Physician, etc.)
