This is the part of the brotherhood of steel quest that makes me not want to do it at all and just never get power armor training. This mod can save you 30+ minutes of sh*tty dungeon crawling. All 3 map markers contain all 3 parts required, so you only have to go to 1 vault instead of all 3.
Installation: (Download and use a mod manager) (OR you can Download, unpack, and drop in your Data folder. It's just an ESP file so it's very easy to install)
