This patch fixes an error where super mutants in the DC wasteland won't use weapons when you use TTW 3.2 and Project Nevada Equipment. Load this patch after Project Nevada's esp's, and DC super mutants will start using weapons. This works on current saves, no need to wait for a respawn reset!

Project Nevada Equipment is incompatible with TTW 3.2 because it overrides item lists and creates duplicates. This patch fudges it and uses item lists from TTW's files to restore super mutant's proper equippable items.

NOTE: There are still other errors left over. There are duplicate items, and I bet that there are other similar equipment errors. For now, it makes the game playable with both mods.
