This will add a new splash screen upon MO2 startup and adds a new Theme / Stylesheet for your FNC needs or preferences.
This is the v1.0 release and so it could change a bit over time.
Here is a very short video guide for installing and activating the Theme and Splash screen:
In the video guide I forgot to mention that the Stylesheet folder is in the MO2 root directory "Where the .EXE is"
This a tweaked port of the same file for Tale of Two Wastelands located HERE
minor file changes were made to make it be for New California.
