The Forecaster removes his nullifier when he gives a prediction and puts it back on when he's done. Simple as that.

When receiving a prediction the Forecaster says that he needs to take off his nullifier to think. He doesn't actually remove it. Now the Forecaster removes his nullifier when he gives a prediction and puts it back on when he's done. Simple as that. Might be merged into a larger project later but for now this is here,
