Every wonder why the only two companions in New Vegas with canonical training using Power Armor are the homosexual companions? It's because all individuals attracted to the same gender know how to use Power Armor, duh! Read your Gay Agenda, Power Armor Training is right on page 654 between Post-Capitalism Planning Committee and Practical Witchcraft for Beginners. This also explains why everyone in the wasteland is able to use power armor: every NPC in New Vegas is gay or bi and any apparent gender preference are just because you just aren't their type.
The developers were clearly aware of this, but forgot to give players who take the Cherchez La Femme or Confirmed Bachelor perks the ability to use Power Armor. This patch addresses that oversight and allows players with either of the same sex attraction perks to have all the benefits of Power Armor Training.
