This is a foundation for what I hope to make into the ultimate non-character specific player home mod.  By non-character specific, I mean that my goal is for any sort of Player Character, from a Merc or Assassin to a Soldier or Lawbringer, to be able to reasonably call this place home.  I really want to smooth this thing out to that effect, and make it very versatile without being too much.  Before that, however, there is a lot more designing and thinking to do.  I'm very open to community input, because after all I can always keep a simple, personal version of the mod for me and upload a community tailored version of it to the Nexus.

Not too far into my first true blue Courier playthrough (where I wasn't ignoring the main plot),  I thought it would be awesome to have a somewhat isolated hideout that I could display all my hard looted ... loot ... in.  I started thinking,  "Novac is too close quarters, and the Lucky 38 is too high profile."  I also ran into an issue where I couldn't go anywhere else in the Casino without going to war with the Securitrons and killing House.  Anyways, my hope for this mod is that you will be able to use it again and again, for multiple character types.  I want to provide you with a versatile foundation that you can decorate with your favorite items and use as a base of operations, be you a doctor, fighter, handyman, or simply a wastelander of words.  Regardless of your chosen faction(s) or play style, I hope you see the potential for this player home to be one of your new favorite mods to use.  As I said above, I'm very much open to suggestions to add, change, or remove features.  Keep in mind, my skill level is such that I can use the G.E.C.K in some of the most basic ways, and have no coding knowledge, or graphical experience.  However, I'd love to make this into something that other players like myself really enjoy using, which feels vaguely personal before you ever even "move in."

Key Features!

House Proper:
- A bed that gives the Well Rested bonus!
- A stove that can be used for Campfire Crafting recipes! (Inventory of stove is inaccessible.)
- Storage including a safe, fridge, wardrobe, and first aid box mounted on the wall in the bathroom.
- Clean water via the bathroom sink!
- A couple weapons placed about the living area.
- Other assorted items from Aid to Misc.

Cellar:
- Crafting stations! A reloading bench as well as a Hotplate (Dead Money) for more Campfire Crafting, conveniently located closer to...
- Much greater storage for gear and equipment!  Two gun cabinets, a set of lockers, (a) crates for explosives & other ordinance, and another first aid box on the wall by the Hotplate.
- A duffel bag on the desk by the stairs going up, use it for your frequently swapped out gear!
- Some weapons and ordinance, including a highly modified Automatic Rifle (Dead Money), which is sure to knock 'em off their feet!
VictoryRifleKockdownSpell+Bonus Crit Chance Smaller rounds!  Increased capacity!  Tight grouping!  Spread the joy of ragdolling all across the Mojave and beyond!  Brought to you by the Gun Runners.
- Some Aid and Misc. items placed on shelves, as well as a couple Weapon Mods on a desk.
- Bedrolls for two, these do not give the Well Rested bonus.

Outside:
- A clean water pump!
- A Workbench!
- Hylee emershiv windmill for power needs!

Planned Features!

- Add a couple planters outside for Jalapenos and maybe Tobacco
- Maybe add a still and a recipe with the purpose of creating high proof alcohol for a new healing item(s)?
- Add a few more crates to the cellar, both for explosives and general storage.  They are movable by the player, after all.  One could even block off portions of the underground that they don't wish to use or see.
- Consider containers in Cellar for food storage in addition to shelves.
- Consider containers for some bulk scrap such as Lead, Scrap Metal/Electronics, etc.
- Spice up the exterior, cover up faulty land textures (Or fix them!)
- Definitely make a reasonable path up to the plot of land the house resides on.  If anyone has any tips on terrain editing, or even a useful video/guide I could check out, hit me up!
- Consider some kind of animal companion to roam the property?
- Re-balance what gear/weapons are placed inside and around the property for the player to freely pick up
- Much more!  Try it out, perhaps you think it could use some revision?  Make a post!  If this mod becomes popular, it's because it's exactly what the community wanted, and that's all I can hope for in uploading.  I hope this is an inspiring, fresh new player home for you, and thank you for checking it out!
