The first day I uploaded this, I completely forgot to mention this does require Dead Money DLC.
Sorry, I am just an idiot.
This mod simply adds a new starter player home in a new location inside the Schoolhouse in Goodsprings.
It includes it's own keys and plenty of storage and other workbenches.
The whole mod also includes one piece of unique apparel, lore and an unmarked quest to unlock all the containers inside.
Okay, this is gonna be easy.
1) Download the mod.
2) Extract the .rar file inside the Data folder in the game files.
3) Tick the .esp file in the game launcher.
