Patches Unofficial Patch NVSE so it will not perform its native reload speed fix. Valid as of Unofficial Patch NVSE v1.2.9b, 2019-5-27.

Same exact patch as the optional patch included with Remember Ammo Count On Reload. Using both is needless.
