Makes you unable to fire weapons if you don't have at least enough ammo in the clip for one shot. Eliminates the weirdness where you can fire a weapon using 3 rounds per shot with just 1 in the chamber.

Author notes
This mod will hopefully be redundant in a few days or weeks, as I'm betting on StewieTweaks incorporating it soon.

Changelogs
Version 1.1
Fixed an oversight making you unable to use weird melee weapons.
Version 1.0
Released the mod.
This mod stops you from firing weapons when your clip lacks the ammo normally taken by a single shot. When you see weapons take 3 rounds or something when you fire a single shot, you've probably run in to a situation where you can still fire when you're just about out of ammo, usually having only 1 round, but being able to fire that shot as normal.
Now, you'll no longer be able to fire until you've got at least as much ammo in your clip as is used by a single shot.
Genuinely hoping this gets in to StewieTweaks as NVSE code; would be much simpler. I've had to manually play the 'clip empty' sound because I need to disable your fire control and it won't play if you can't pull the trigger.
