2.open C:\Users\"USER"\My Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\Fallout.ini in the category [Display] add the line : fScopeScissorAmount=0 make it read only every time you change settings you have to edit Fallout.ini
Tools used: nifskope, gimp
if you don't want to replace them and attach to your custom weapon, rename the nif file and use it in geck
