A Classic Diner outside of Freeside with unique diner style foods.

The "Dine N Dash Diner"
Adds a classic diner outside of Freeside East Gate, near the Gun Runners.
Contains a unique NPC named Broc Flower,
New Unique Foods with helpful stat benefits,
and a terrible secret.
Foods included are Diner Classics such as Pies, Malt Shakes, Coffee, and More!
(Does Not Require Any DLC)
This mod uses/includes Jokerine's Assets Pack which can be found here
(Assets are included, no extra downloads required)
I made this mod as a passion project awhile back and was very much inspired by Jokerine and their past mods here on the Nexus.
I want to thank Jokerine for all the great mods and assets they have given, and hope they know that they are very much missed.
I wanted to do more with this mod such as adding voice acting, more characters, and even a quest, but sometimes life sends you in another direction.
