drinking it grants instant addiction, +2 strength, +2 perception, -2 charisma, -2 intelligence, +2 agility, and 3 rads. also a bottlecap.

Fusion Cola is an item of rather legendary rarity.
The soda is so rare, that legends of it have sprung up across the wasteland. From tales of an almighty beverage that turns the drinker into a god, to myths about how pre-war ninjas used the drink to assist in stealth missions against America.
Despite the ingredients simply being cola dregs concentrated with some unknown form of "fusion" (according to some Nuka-Junkies), Fusion Cola is highly valued for it's ability to increase strength, perception, and agility. but only one soda exists in the Mojave wasteland.
Rumors say that the Great Khans possess the legendary soda, and have it at some sort of makeshift camp. Perhaps they just left it there and forgot about it entirely, or maybe some wasteland creature killed them before they got a chance to drink it. Others say it's in a Pre-war vault, but that would not make sense because Nuka-Junkies say it was invented AFTER the war by a random wastelander.
Nevertheless. if some lucky soul came across this drink in the middle of nowhere, the best they should do, is sell it to a nearby trader. It might just be worth a fortune.
But, if some egghead were to ingest it, they might just try to use their newfound addiction and intellect to make their own recipe, and sell it themselves.
The last known report of this legendary beverage was 60 years ago in Chicago, said to be possessed by phil, the nuka-cola dude, who was famous for wandering the wasteland refilling every single nuka-cola machine he came across.
